Authorised representatives while undertaking an 'Enter & View' visit will observe services and collect stories and experiences from the patients, service users, carers, and visitors. Information gathered is used to make recommendations on how services can be improved. Our 'Enter and View' reports provide an overview of what authorised representatives found and decide as recommendations for a service, these reports are made publicly available on our website.
