Follow-up Enter and View Visit to The Royal Stoke University Hospital Maternity Unit - 16 October 2024
We organised a joint follow-up Enter & View visit to The Royal Stoke University Hospital Maternity Services with Healthwatch Staffordshire on 16 October 2024. Following our initial visit on 20 November 2024, we organised an follow-up visit on 16 October 2024 to the services jointly with Healthwatch Staffordshire. The follow-up visit aims to review any changes made by the service in response to our recommendations made in the prior report. The teams spoke to a variety of staff, patients and visitors across different wards and units, as well as making general observations on the environment.
